Seems like you gonna have to flash the EFS partition from a previous backup or from a backup from another exact model.

You may try flashing a stock rom with KDZ file and LG Flash tool (CS Emergency mode).
This way you get rid of all the rubbish that happened when trying custom roms. Then, you may start all over again with unlocking and flashing.

Anyone from here please clarify the following thing for me please ??
I cannot write NV 550 which is IMEI region, and it always says "Write protected". My phone is not locked to any carrier/service provider and I bought it retail. Running STOCK ROM from LG.
What should I have to do to remove that "Write Protection" ?
I have correct Drivers installed and system is windows 7.
The phone is rooted.
