hi.i've just gave my tablet to it's agency.I think they changed my tablet's ROM and now i'm facing a new problem.
when i'm working with it;for example i'm in an application;an icon something like small mask or I dont know emoji-comes at the notification bar and my tablet gets lag when in appears.then it goes and everything gets true but again in 30-40 seconds later;it appears again.what is that and the solution?!

Could be this whatever it is "agency" screwed up when they changed the ROM? It's incorrect for the particular device or is corrupted possibly? If so, then that's something that they need to rectify. If it was an Android OS update, maybe the tablet just needs to be factory reset?
