Laggy launcher

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 S7275R phone and its Touchwiz launcher is laggy and redraws itself constanly. I think is because the android system tries to free up memory and closes and reloads the launcher. What should i do? How can
i make the launcher always stay in memory? I don't want to disable any animations.

When i close the animations the lag goes away. The memory usage is 900MB from 1000MB. But is always like this because of the way the android system works to improve perfomance.

I used a startup task killer and i always used so i can remove any new apps that i installed
that they autostartup and
the following have background processes and they can't be disabled.

Well there's your problem. You used a task killer. Lagging is a normal result of using task killers over time. You shouldn't be killing ANYTHING on Android unless it's a rogue app. Doesn't matter if it's a startup task killer, it's still a task killer.

You say it's always like that. Even before you started experiencing lag?

It was a little faster when i re-installed the OS and deleted all the apps and before i started installing apps only in the Touchwiz screens especially it was and it is worst when the phone boots for about 2 minutes in a level
that you can't use the phone because is unresponsive launcher also.
