I know being the care-giver to an Alzheimer's parent is rough (my father was at stage 5-6 when he passed on) so my best wishes to you.
Anyway, I'm not aware of any old-style phone that has cellular phone connectivity, hopefully someone who is will chime in. The concept itself does seem like a very, very good idea though, given that the generation that grew up with those phones is still with us.
If a landline service isn't a viable option for your mom, there are cellular services, like Consumer Cellular, that focus on older folk. They offer a flip-phone that has big, raised buttons with large print numerals: https://www.consumercellular.com/Products/620/Details
