Landscape lock screen?

Hi all,
In many ways I would prefer my phone work in landscape mode. I use dxTop, browser, BeyondPod, etc - all in landscape. However, every time the screen locks, it goes back to portrait. I looked at Lock 2.0 and Lockbot but neither seems to say that landscape mode is maintained during lock. Did I just not see that option, or is there another program that has this feature?

I think that you have to have a home replacement that rotates the home screen in order to get your lock screen to rotate.

Unfortunately, no... dxTop is the home replacement that I use, and it even has its own lock screen, but the lock screen remains in portrait mode. I have made the suggestion to the dxTop folks, but who knows if they will implement it...

I'm guessing that it isn't an available feature anywhere and probably a rare request too... :-(

No, I promise you, it's out there. I use Advanced Launcher, and my lock screen auto-rotates. I just assumed that any Home replacement that lets the home screen rotate would also let the lock screen rotate. I don't know about dxTop, because I've never used it, and I don't know if it rotates the Home screen either. I also know for a fact that PandaHome will rotate both the home screen and the lock screen.

Sorry to steal your thread, but does any apps make your screen rotate to the right? My magic with sense UI only rotates left.

Hmm, perhaps I'm doing something wrong or perhaps the HTC software on my Eris is forcing it somehow... I tried Advanced Launcher but it won't even open for me (not surprising since I'm using the leaked 2.1 ROM). I downloaded PandaHome and the Hero lock screen but it still won't rotate. I turn off the phone in landscape and when it turns back on it is in portrait - then I unlock and it goes back to landscape. Is there a setting I missed?

Oh - and tigrr07 - I haven't seen any apps that do that, but to be fair I haven't really looked either...

So now that I said all of this, I noticed that my lock screen won't rotate now. So maybe it only would rotate with PandaHome, and doesn't with Advanced Launcher.

Now, I just really can't figure this out at all. I loaded PandaHome and my lock screen STILL won't rotate. I know that I had it doing so at some point. I even posted here grumbling about Lock 2.0 NOT doing the rotate, and I uninstalled it so that it would go back to rotating my lock screen. I wonder if CL14 messed this up?

If you are not able to rotate the lock screen on your Samsung Moment in PandaHome either, that shoots down my theory that it was something with HTC's Sense that was forcing the portrait mode. I've tried various home replacements, Lock 2.0, LockBot, LockGo, et al - but have not yet been able to find anything that can do it...
