Laptop Charger Adapter

Ok, so Idk what its called, but the picture shows what I'm talking about. The top picture is how the whole charger looks with it on, and the bottom is the part that idk the name of (I'm holding it w/ my index and thumb fingers). I need to know the name of that specific part because I'm trying to buy that only, on eBay, but can't find it. Can someone help me w/ the name, please?

There's universal chargers that are designed to work with most brands of laptop(except Apple), usually they come with selection of plugs in various sizes and have selectable voltage/polarity.
