Large or small apps icons

How can I change the size of the apps? Is it even possible on a note 4?

Not sure if you can on your phone or not but a different launcher will let you do that for sure. I use Nova Prime, it's great...you can change practically everything!

I second that - Nova Launcher has been on all my Galaxy's for a good while!
You can make Icons any size you want with it.
