Largest Screen with UDP

I have a Note 2 and the UDP. I'm thinking about changing but don't really know if there is anything out there worth the effort. I use my Note exclusivly for internet acces and watching videos. I do not use the phone at all. (Funny side note: the one time I did answer a call it was from the CDC doing a child imunization study, which was kind of cool.)

So, are there any larger screen options out there that would be a compelling upgrade form the Note 2? What about an actual tablet? Has anyone successfully moved their UDP to a tablet?

The HTC One Max has a 5.9 inch display compared to the 5.5 inch Note 2.

The Note 3 is 5.7 inches. If you're not in a hurry the Note 4 will be released sometime in the second half of 2014.

LG G3 will have a 5.5" screen and be smaller than either the Note 4 or the One Max.

It is being released next month.
