Help Last software update keypad not remembering words

I used to type half my email address in and it the predictive text did the rest.
Mine and my wife's email address now have to be typed in manually.
This applies not just to texts. Used to predict email address when logging into sites as well. This is becoming a real drag.
The update has made my phone a lot worse to use.

Yeah they added auto correct back and after about a day for me it's become useless again. Perfect example is im...after hitting space it should correct it to I'm but it simply doesnt. Oh and there's another one. It often forgets to correct to apostrophes. I might just go back to Google keyboard again. Samsung just can't figure this out. Even after the words I manually go in and save in settings it still won't use them. I wish I still had ice cream sandwich. The phone was better then

Same for me on Samsung Galaxy S3.

Since the 4.3 update all previously learned words seem to have been lost and it is not learning new ones - accept when you reuse a new word in the same message.

Problem being that the newly learned word is not coming up when you start a new message. It's just not remembering them.

Is there any solution? I agree with ooch - it's a real drag!
