Latest android version GT-I9300

Hi all what is the latest android version for Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-I9300 because I still have 4.3 is this the right version or is there going to be another version released or is it already released

Pretty sure the international version will only be 4.3. Most US versions are 4.4.2.
You can always root and install custom ROM. Lots of stable 5.1 Roms available.

Jfalls63 is correct. The international i9300 updates stopped at 4.3 because it only carries 1gb of ram whereas other models carried 2gb of ram which was supposedly the minimum required to run 4.4.2

Alex Hobson--- I rooted both of my S3's and put on Resurrection Remix with Marshmallow 6.0.1 on them with Nova Launcher. Was an easy job after the first one. Both work well without all the Samsung crud. J.Falls assisted me with S4 rooting- not so easy and not still quite right yet.
