Hello. I have an old LG Leon. Current is has Android Lallipop 5.1.1. What is the latest Andriod os this phone can handle? Can I use Oreo? Thanks.

Only thing you can do is get an Oreo launcher but it will still be 5.1.1 but have an Oreo look to it.
