Help Latest S3 Version?

What is the latest version for the Galaxy S3?..mine is saying 4.3 and I have noticed that some apps I had been looking at require 4.4 or higher. Is 4.3 the end for the Galaxy S3?
 
If you like Touchwiz here's an unofficial Touchwiz rom that's 4.4 KitKat .
