Apps LatinIME sources: how to checkout it?

Good day. I've started to learn about IME in Android. Too pity that isn't much documentation about it.

I've read about creating IME and I want to take a look on LatinIME sources. So I've downloaded TortoiseGit and tried to clone project through the link given in the article.

But I've got an empty directory.
