Hi, welcome to Android Forums.
If you enter lat/long in decimal format eg. 53.8185,-3.0553 into either Google search engine or Google maps you will get a location. (They will also accept input in degrees, minutes & seconds.)
The example co-ordinates are for Blackpool Tower.
