Apps Launcher (direct link app) !!

hello guyz,,
i am pleased that i can join di forum,, because i really interest with android (although i'm still newbie ).. but i have desire to learn this..

now i work in one of online store in Indonesia..i have a project that must embedded launcher link (with my online store icon)..the link must directed to my online store wap (ex: m.blablabla.com)

but now i confused about start this project,,anyone could help me please?

Go through basic pre-requisites mentioned on Android site.
Download sdk, setup/configure, go through basic tutorials, try out some examples, can use DroidDraw to make UI.
