Launcher Pro - another problem/issue (HTC Desire)

Hi Guys. First post here as I'm new Android user

Anyway I bought my HTC Desire month ago, was using standard HTC Sense but recently I discovered launcher pro. Installed it, worked perfectly... for couple of days. I have switched to HTC Sense, just to show it to someone and now I have no clue how to go back to Launcher Pro. Whatever I do it just doesn't switch to Launcher Pro. I've tried reinstalling it, reseting HTC Sense (and emptying the data). Nothing. I am probably doing something wrong now, missing one stupid thing, funny enough I had no problems for the very first time. HELP, pls.

Edit: Or maybe you have a link to a proper step-by-step manual how to install and set up Launcher Pro? Thanks in advance.

Go to Settings>Applications>Manage Applications and press menu to choose filter and show all apps and then go to Home or whatever SenseUI is called in there and press the Clear defaults button. Press the home button and it should ask which home app you want to use.
