Launcher tweek

[Android Question]

I am happy with the standard Jelly bean launcher on my Samsung Galaxy S4 but I have 7 home screens and each is transparent, I want a launcher or theme setup that with allow me to make some of them opaque while others remain transparent for viewing the live wallpaper behind. I tried Nova and Apex neither seemed to have settings for individual opacity or color of the home screens. I do not want to change them ALL, if I have to change them all then I'll stick with transparent. Another alternative is to find a folder app that will allow folders to remain open at all times and covering the full screen (Android 2.3 allowed for that) Any help is most appreciated.

I've tried a lot of launchers (all the incarnations of Go and ADW EX, AWA Zeam, Apex, Nova, and SPB Shell 3D), and never seen one that will do what you are asking. GL!
