LauncherPro Beta is the fastest home launcher app. I use this instead of Sense UI because it is faster than Sense and I have not experienced any lag at all. You can customize it any way you like with the many choices available. LauncherPro features a customizable dockbar. It also has a nice fly-in effect when opening the app drawer. It automatically rotates apps and widgets between portrait landscape view. It has the ability to uninstall apps just by dragging them to garbage can on the homescreen. The best feature may be that it is updated with new features frequently.
