LauncherPro on Galaxy Portal?

Hey guys, I just bought LauncherPro Plus, but the thing is, I can't install LauncherPro?

It doesn't come up on the Market and the .apk file won't install through a file manager, anyone know a fix?

What phone do you have? You would need to see how to load non market apps on that phone and do it that way.

So when you search for Launcher Pro n the Market no results come up?

What error message are you receiving when trying to install the *.apk file?

LauncherPro won't work on Android OS older than 2.1, the same thing happens with my Quench. Has the Portal gotten 2.1 yet?

My Portal has 2.1 and I use Launcherpro without any problems.

In your Application settings have you got "allow unknown sources" ticked but i got mine from the market so it is there.
