LauncherPro settings

I had LauncherPro on my Motorola Droid, and one of my favorite settings was that I could set it to open an app by swyping my finger across the screen, up and down.

I just got my D2 yesterday, and I cannot find that setting anywhere!...
It's driving me nuts!

Am I missing something? I even purchased the LAucherPro Plus version, and I dont see that option.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

You mean swiping an icon in the dock - you just long press the icon and select "swipe gesture icon" from the menu. That's the only swipe functionality I know in LP - you can't set it to recognize swipes anywhere on the screen.

For what it's worth, I concur with Chilly. That's the only swipe action I know of also.

I think you are right. I feel kinda stupid

I had a rooted Droid using SS 4.7 rom. I'm now realizing it might have been a rom feature and not a launcherpro feature.

Gonna miss those options :(

yea i was able to do that with adw when i first flashed CM6, but since installing LP+, i kinda miss that feature

I think swipe up/down on the home screen to launch an app (or do other things) is a feature of ADW.launcher.
You are correct.

I have both LauncherPro Plus and ADW.Launcher installed and it is a hard call to choose between the two, since I can't make up my mind I'll keep them both. ;)
