hi I need to update my lava iris 503 which works in android jellybean and I want to update it to lollipop version and when I am going to my system settings and check for updates it says no update foundbso what can I do please help me

According to GSMArena, the lava iris 503 was never officially updated past Jelly Bean (4.2). To move to a later version you will have to root the phone and find a custom rom that works with it.

That device only has half a gigabyte of RAM, so it is going to be sluggish no matter what you do. I would recommend upgrading to a newer device.
