Help Law Suit vs. Asus Prime !

I will hopefully be following this closely. I would say that I'm a satisfied owner for the most part; but if the plaintif does win and it results in replacements or significant price reductions for the upgraded version; then it would be hard to turn that down. Either way, I am interested how to get added to this suit.
 
Don't really see how Asus thinks they can get away with this kind of bullsh!t. So-So wifi on a wifi-only tablet. The bait and switch debacle, "Hey it has GPS..............not really"!
And to be completely honest the ONLY thing state of the art about the Prime is the Tegra 3. Everything else is mediocre at best!

Seriously, Asus were assholes for releasing a product they knew was defective and then trolling the buyers with a new model coming in June. I'm so pissed that I promptly returned my Prime after experiencing Wi-Fi so bad that it made an iPhone 3GS on 2G look fast. Now, I'm getting an iPad 3.
 
wow. Tough room. Wi-fi works great on mine. I have an HDMI output issue but I think it will be resolved. think it's an amazing tablet.

Yeah...........I thought the GPS issue would be resolved !

More than likely Asus will announce that the Prime was never intended to have fully functional HDMI output and you'll just have to live with it !
