Layer reality wont install (HTC Incredible)

Hey guys, just got my incredible today which btw I am loving it. However I have run into an annoying issue, Layer Reality will not install. I downloaded the app from the Android store and while it appears in my download list completed it will not install saying (download unsucessfull) after around 2 seconds or so. I am really wanting to check this app out, and it is one of the big ones for me so any help is appricated. Thanks!
 
This is happening with a few other apps in the Market. The only thing to do is wait for it to be fixed. It sucks I know.
 
It would also help if I had unplugged the phone from my computer since the phone/apps cant access its memory when plugged in? lol.. works now.
