Leaving Tapatalk....

Assuming that (for whatever reason) I wanted to leave Tapatalk...

what is the best way to do this and

  • dissociate all of my forum account details
  • remove google access
  • remove any of my data from the tapatalk servers?
  • Remove me from their mailing lists and alerts?
and what order should I do this in?
