Led during video.

Hello. Looking for an app that allows me to turn on and off flash light during video recording. On the galaxy s3 neo i can use this function but i have to stop recording to sfitch on and off. I looked for apps but didnt find.
Its a very helpful function. I dont have to edit videos and loose a lot of time and important shots. And can improve on quality.
