Help Led flash working in ICS

Hello I new here but not new to android been using it since my og droid. So after alot of patient waiting I got ICS last night love it.... but the led flash refuses to work not with the camera or a led lighting app ... I know it should not be burnt out I just used it the day before I got ICS so is this a bug can anyone duplicate or is my phone messed up.

I just tested it on mine and it works fine. Are you using the stock camera app?

Working fine on mine with ICS also. Have you tried rebooting or even doing a reset?
