Which LED are you talking about? Only LEDs on the Galaxy S2 (I'm most familiar with the international version GT-I9100) that I know of are for the camera on the back. There are plenty of flash light apps on the market that will turn it on/off. If you are asking about notifications LEDs, they don't exist on this phone.
