Can anyone give me the name(s) of a 7.0 or higher rom, that activates the blinking or pulsing led light for email, texts, calls, etc? Thank you for any feedback.

They should all do that, if the device tree was indeed done properly

What @bcrichster said. Should be there in the settings on all ROMS stock or custom.

I've heard that some devs incorporate that feature into their roms. I'll have to check around. Thanks guys.

Got the answer. Most of the Oreo Roms like Nitrogen and Resurrection Remix have it built in. I'm running Nitro, and it works just like it was built-in.
