LeEco may be the first smartphone manufacturer to announce a phone running on QUalcomm's latest Snapdragon 823 SoC. The chip itself is the same as the 820, but with a higher clock speed and additional LTE band support. The rumored device may also feature 8GB of RAM and a 25MP camera.
