Help left acer Iconia 840 tablet in car when freezing outside

Yesterday well in work I accidentally forgot my tablet in my car and it was only 24 degree's outside when I got home I went to turn it on and nothing, I charged it still nothing it my tablet fried or is there something I can do?
 
My advice would be to bring it inside, let it sit somewhere away from a heater/direct heat source, and let it warm up to room temperature. Don't plug it in! This will allow it to warm up slowly, as putting it near a heat source may cause internal condensation that may very well damage your tablet.

At least a few hours is recommend, overnight is best.


Edit---- saw you tried charging already. Did you try holding the power button down for more than a few seconds?
