Legal question regarding payment apps like Paypal

HI everyone,

I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction regarding payment apps like Paypal and what it takes to have them listed in Google Play.

Their app is free and there is no payment process in there where Google could take its fee from.

So granted I have a payment system, can i just list my app as free app?

Actually paypal is the most popular and low transaction fees payment gateway, support upto more then 190 countries.
there is more payment gateway, but i do not recommend. you can also check amazon payment gateway, please check supported country list before proceed !
