Thanks for the shout, man. Finally got off my ass and learned the basics of getting a tiny project happening in Eclipse.

ALL the damn themes on the Market for Better Keyboard are blurry, and it started pissing me off. You get nice sharp, crisp graphics by actually giving a shit - and learning how to make patch9's work for you instead of against you (lol).

That comparison is real, and my goal is to pump a ton of good looking and actual high res keyboard theme into the Market and onto people's phones. Should work fine with Smart Keyboard and Ultra Keyboard too.

Can you use these skins and then still use an app for writing? I use shapewriter and was wondering if I could use it while using one of these skins for the keyboard it self.

Could you do this but with the blood red as the background? Instead of that yellow/greenish color. I love the combonation of black on red. Thanks a bunch.

Yeah man - I might actually drop a ton of different colours. I'm wary of flooding the market - but once I set a dedicated site up (this week hopefully, need to wrangle with wordpress) I might throw a ton of colour variations up there for download. Background change-outs are super easy for an existing theme...
