Lenovo K1 and Ice Cream Sandwich

I just update my Lenovo K1 Tablet to the Ice Cream Sandwich OS. It works good, but I cannot add any apps to the tablet. I backed up all of my apps to the SD card, But I can't restore them. Any Ideas?

Could be they are not compatible wit the version you backuped with ICS, try downloading one from the Play store and see what happens
