Lenovo P780 - root on chineese software

Hi, I bought few days ago a smartphone from China. Software - VibeUi v1.5 (some chineese one).
How should I root this phone?
How should I install new software?

I'm sitting on that cause about 8h and still no effects... When I use:
- SuperSU - I have error with not having some "binary root"
- Framaroot - error #9
- Vroot - even this one got me an error, but it's chineese and I don't understand
- SP flash tool - after choosing the files and clicked "download" nothing happends

If someone who knows smart phones better than me could help, I would REALLY appreciate...
And I would like to change software on anything, just to get rid of this chineese Vibe.
