Lenovo Tab 4 space filling up with but snoop files

HI. I recently purchased a Lenovo Tab 4 plus. Among other things, I use it to listen to music on Spotify and use Bluetooth to play music thorough a Bluetooth speaker. I noticed a file titled bt snoop which is using lots of space and I don't seem to be able to empty the file.
Any help?
