Lenovo Thinkpad Outlook email issues

Hi Forum

Can anybody assist me with the problem I have on my Lenovo ThinkpaTablet. My Gmail works fine but my outlook corporate email is an issue. I can create new emails but cannot reply or forward any emails, they simply sit in my outbox and won't send. Help!
