Help Lens Blur not working with Google Camera on Razr Maxx HD

I recently upgraded to Kitkat and download the new Google Camera, but Lens Blur is not working. It will start to process, then stop.

Did you do a Factory Data Reset after doing the Kit Kat upgrade? (It is always the first consideration.)

I haven't, and I would really hate to, but I guess I could. Do you think that would help?

I do not know.

What was observed in the past is that when a Factory Data Reset wasn't done problems that could not be explained showed up minutes, hours, days, weeks, or months later the update.

What I do is a Factory Data Reset after a major upgrade (like Jelly Bean to Kit Kat) and no for incremental updates within the major version.

OK, I did a factory reset and reinstalled the app. Same problems. I'm wondering if anyone else with a Razr Maxx HD is experiencing this?

I tried it, while it seems to complete I do not have anything to really test it on to see the difference.
