The letters Z,X,C,V,b,n and M are not working. I can't type with it. Also when I pull the ring, the phone does not unlock. I have to use the alternate method by pulling a short cut into the ring. Even this method is difficult to unlock the phone. I have to try it a couple of time to unlock the phone!
