I purchased a used Net 10 LG L35G phone from Ebay I tried to activate it with Net 10. They said I had to register the phone. I went to LG.com and registered the phone. The serial number is 013341000715311. Net 10 said they did not see this as a purchased phone. So I faxed them all the information. This is a whole week now, telling me to wait 3-24 hours, then 24 to 48 hours for varification and now wait 72 hours. Net 10 is now saying that I need to buy a sims card that ours is no good. So I had 2 other sim cards to use from before. Now they are telling us to wait another 72 hours! We flatly got so fed up we told them that this is bullshit and that they are giving us the run around! What kind of business representatives does this company have, anyway? They suck at their job and everytime you call it is the same person using different names! What kind of practice are you pulling over the people. Either these representatives, Rose, Michelle, whatever your real name is, is either playing games with the consumer or trying to sabatage Net 10 company??? My name is Barbara Williams and I live in White Haven, Pa. Some one needs to do something about these workers for Net 10, they are getting terrible and that's even if you can understand what they are saying!
