My wife has an LG Shine Plus, (which looks almost identical to the LG Ally) locked to Telus in Canada. The phone is locked but I'm pretty sure I can unlock it if you are interested. Its about 3 months old, and she is not a fan of Android so would have no problems selling it.
Pretty close to mint condition (has a crappy plastic clear case. It stinks but at least the phone is protected).
telus retail is $299. Make an offer if interested and I will run it by her.
