Lg D320n hard lock??

OK so I took a D320n to my providers (2degrees nz) store and they said they don't have the imei in their system. I guess the phone was an unlocked phone. But with the 2degrees NZ KDZ flashed over it says permanently locked and when I insert another sim it says service disabled. It was like this on cyanogenmod too I think because I flashed back to stock with the same kdz file early on to test if a can get back to stock and then the issue was present in cm12.1. I never noticed for a year as I didn't need to switch sim. Should I try the UK kdz file. It seems this file possibly is hardlocked. In mean I haven't hard locked it myself. Any ideas, I have a D320n.

I'm not sure if the network lock /simlock is kdz dependent. But if you are willing to try flashing different kdz, I would recommend the CIS version, which is supposed to be region independent.
Edit: to be precise, CIS is for ex-Soviet Union countries, but I've seen some tutorials claiming that some operator's stuff can be omitted by flashing it.

Backed up my efs and will try the UK ROM and then the cis ROM thanks. My service provider said they never locked l70's so it could be the kdz

Its for the D320? Not D320n. Will it still work

Good point, I forgot you've got the NFC version. It might work but you may get no NFC after it. So, sorry, better don't take a risk ;)

When i flash the UK KDZ the firmware version still remains V10c, Not V10e that the UK firmware is, i flashed CDMA Emergency CES flash, also remains the same issue. Any ideas :/

I'm out of ideas :(
If I were you, I would ask a professional technician to unlock the phone. It may not be expensive. There are also some online services providing unlock codes for a small amount of money, but I never tested them. The only occasion I had to unlock the phone was many years ago, and it was done by some tiny repair shop within few minutes ;)

I guess its that then. I feel cheated that im stuck on my current network, they are doubling prices soon.

L70 is also my first smartphone :D I've been using Nokia e52 for many years before it :D I have my eyes on g3 for some time, but I need to save some money first.

I found a G3 for $320 NZ dollers brand new. (do the conversion to your currency). The quad hd screen puts me off tho. I am very upset i will no longer be able to use this phone on my new carrier :(. Maby ill try the local repair shop, they may be able to hack into it. Im willing to pay a bit since i want this phone to continue living. Ill probs use it for media or as a dash cam but i am very upset.
 
Have you considered Xiaomi mi4? It's dirt cheap right now on Aliexpress, around 130$ I know it has a memory limitation (16GB) without SD card slot, but the rest of the specs are awesome and I'm really eyeing it right now :D The other option for me would be Redmi Note 3 Snapdragon version. Best bang for buck.

Nice idea, in the market for a new phone, but probs will continue to use my L70 as a backup facebook and media device and testing vm03's roms, i never want to stop using that phone
