Root LG Exceed2 (VS450PP) Flashable Stock ROM Extracted from KDZ

There have been reports of people having trouble flashing back to stock, so I have prepared a safe and stable solution. Sure you can KDZ flash, but it's a pain and you lose your data. I have extracted the kdz and prepared a flashable zip that will return to stock. This flashes every partition found in the kdz, including the recovery. It will unroot the phone (download mode even reports unrooted). Your data will be left alone, but you can wipe that manually if you want.

If you want to keep TWRP, then flash it immediately after flashing back to stock.

If you want to keep root, then flash SuperSU after flashing TWRP.

Sorry no go, I get a 'Security Error' on booting this ROM. Infact TWRP complains of 'no os installed' after installing this zip file.
Thanks.

It works 100%. I used it myself to return to stock from a heavily modified rom, it flashes every partition from the kdz. This is for the VS450PP (verizon version), are you sure you're using it on the right phone model? If so then you may be running a bad version of TWRP. Try flashing the one above, then reboot recovery and try again.

Jacob019, I'm not sure if this is the best thread for this, but I'm completely out of my element here and you seem to know what you're doing. I sorta bricked my Exceed 2 and now I can't get past the "Unfortunately LGSetupWizard has stopped" message, so from what I have been able to find in the past few hours, I think I'm going to have to do a KDZ flash, and you seem to have made the most recent mention ANYWHERE online of possible having the KDZ file. The link provided on other forums, that seemed to be working for others about 2 weeks ago, is not working, nor is the site where you can enter the MIED and get the latest firmware. Is there any way you could please post that KDZ file? This whole situation is entirely my fault, but I'm frustrated almost to the point of twisting the phone until it snaps.

Thanks glc, but the link to the KDZ file in that thread is the one I was talking about in my previous post, which isn't working. I've tried opening it in both Chrome and Firefox, but whenever I click on it, I am taken to a blank white page that says, in text smaller than the text used in the posts on this page, "Not Found!" in the top left corner.

What the heck? I just tried it in IE too, still nothing. Thanks for testing the link for me, now that I know the problem is on my end, although I have no idea why this one link won't work, I can begin trying to find a solution. I'll go to my parent's house tomorrow and try it from their network I guess.

Would you happen to have a stock rom for vs450pp2? I got my Exceed 2 a few days ago and it was on vs450pp2 by default. I've seen that you can make KDZ roms of your stock rom, but since now I'm rooted I don't how 'pure' would be making a rom of a rooted OS. Don't know if unrooting would make it 'pure' again, though; but there's one thing that's bugging me and it's that a service I disabled with Titanium Backup won't run again, which is weird, since I make sure of not deleting any stock apps/services.
