Help LG F60 SD Card Problem

Hi, I have the LG F60 and I was wondering if anyone else who has the phone has a problem that the SD Card is removing itself at random times. It also does it when I try to move a app to the sd card. I have root access if there's anyway to fix this.

What brand is your SD Card?
Did one come with the phone?

(I may be helping my mother buy this one as she wants to be with the in crowd w/a smartphone lol)
