Does anyone have this phone and if so, what is your opinion on it?

I am looking for a new phone and found this is within my price range.

It's a very nice phone,I miss it from time to time (I have a phone-hopping issue, don't keep any of 'em for very long).
1) Great feel-in-hand
2) Nice display
3) Smooth as silk
4) Good battery life

Just a BTW:
If you buy the AT&T version & use it on another network, you will not receive updates until you have service w/AT&T or their pre-paid brand GO Phone.

Thank you. I'm wondering if I should buy it....the only things concerning me are that I've heard some people experience some lag on that phone? And also I've realised how hard it would probably be to find a case for it.

Look no further than e-Bay,plenty of cases to be found:

As for performance issues, those were long ago addressed with an update.
If being on the most current version of Android is a high priority,I don't think this phone will ever see Marshmallow (at least not the AT&T version, last update was 9/2015):

Otherwise,I say it's a can't-miss for the pricing I'm seeing around various sites ($250 or so).
