Help LG G2 dont save calls, missed calls

Hello

I Just bought a LG G2 Sprint Version and i can see that the phone is rooted. Phone dont save calls and missed calls...
Here is software settings

I think there might be a few things you can try to fix it,
1) Try a factory reset
How to:

1. Ensure the device is powered off.
2. Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button.
3. When the LG logo is displayed release the Power button only then immediately press and hold the Power button again.
4. Release both buttons when the Factory data reset screen displays.
5. From the Factory data reset screen, select Yes.
   
   
   Utilize the Volume Up/Down buttons to highlight and the Power button to select.
6. Select Yes to start.
   
   
   Utilize the Volume Up/Down buttons to highlight and the Power button to select.
   

2)Return your phone back to stock,

If you decide to return to stock,Be sure to remove sim card before you flash stock rom,As it will wipe the sim card clean.

I try with factory reset and its ok but not permanent, problem return after one week of use..Can you tell me what software do i have? Custom rom?

It looks to be Kitkat 4.4.2,Its not a custom rom.There are some custom roms for the G2,But I gave you a link to the stock firmware.
