A friend of mine had a trouble with her phone and she did the restore to the fabric settings. thing is, she didnt process the backup of the media files before restoring the phone.
It is not rooted, and I've searched for an image of the previous version but the system folders look like brand new phone (Obviously).
Is there a way that we can get into the system of the phone to recover the media files, if so, does it have a time limitation, per say, it will only pick up the phones/videos taken 1 month ago.
I know this thread sounds kinda noobish but i really cant think of any other way on how to fix it.
