LG G3 D850 issues

Hello i recently have an LG G3, i think was given to me rooted (because SuperSU app are installed) i reset it to factory stock, to delete data, now when i recibe a message, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc. I dont recibe a notification and the notification bar dont wanna slide down i cant open it, and the Home and Apps buttons arent working, i press it and make sounds and all but dont work, Back button works well

Im on Android 5.0.1
I install Root Cheker and give me error, so i install KingRoot and root "again" to see if the problem disapears but nothing happen.
