I was using LG G4 phone successfully with Zerolemon battery, but had to replace G4 phone due to connector/3.5 MM jack issues. Now, when I setup Zerolemon Ext battery on Refurbished LG G4 phone and plug in, I get red question mark.
I left phone plug in over night - but no change - still red question mark
Is the Zerolemon ext. battery gone(bad)? - I contacted them but its been past 6 months and they wont' support it. I tried to clean connection on phone and ext. battery.
