LG G5 BAD FRAME DROPS/LAG

Hello all, i have a LG g5 and I'm experiencing bad frame drops I think. Its not lag, as half the screen is frozen and the background runs smooth on the other side. And its starts doing this after 5 minutes of use. Do you think it would be covered by insurance? My storage issue isn't a problem, first thing I checked. Idk what's causing this issue. I would greatly appreciate your guys input on this.

Ok.. regardless of what you do... you want to make sure you have as much data from it as you can... backup your drawings, docs, etc....

Once you're sure.. then try a factory reset if thats possible.. this will delete "EVERYTHING " from your device, and reset it to a factory default state.

DO NOT restore your applications if offered the chance.

If it is still doing this lag thing, then claim under the warranty of your device if possible. depending on where you are in the world this may be covered .

As to insurance, this is going to depend on what your policy says, its not something that we can say one way or the other.
