Can anyone tell me how to improve my battery life on G6 I recently got it but it doesn't last that long. My older phone with like 2600 mah lasts longer even though the g6 has 3300mah

Aside from phone calls what do you use your G6 for mostly?

Also what do you mean by not lasting that long?
Battery capacity is only one variable in battery life (and even then it's really the stored energy rather than the current capacity that's key, but manufacturers never quote that). If your previous phone had a smaller screen and a low-power SoC (say a Snapdragon 625, a midrange processor which is lower-powered than the G6's s821 but very power-efficient) that could easily outweigh a larger battery. And if you changed network and have a weaker signal, or are using 4G more than previously, those would make a difference.
I don't recall reading G6 owners (such as Bobby here) complaining about battery life, so could only suggest the usual generic things: don't turn screen brightness higher than you need, limit background data use for apps you don't think need it, stuff like that.

@jas0nj0n3s710 IWhat was your old phone and what you use it for. I'll assume you make and recieve phone calls, send and recieve texts, and check out interesting webpages and forums using Chrome but aside from that I have no idea what else. If that's all your doing and your battery doesn't get you through the day then I'd say you have a faulty battery and you should return your LG G6 for a brand new one.

I like that slim form-factor too. I think it's the future for hand held devices.
